Remarks:

1. Technical support time is from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, and reservations must be made on Saturdays and public holidays.

2. The maintenance plan does not include damage and loss of customer software data, hardware damage.

3. When the No. 8 typhoon and black rainstorm warnings are hanged, normal service will not be provided. If the service is required, it will be charged separately.

4. If the equipment is deteriorated due to wear and tear, it will not be included in the scope of maintenance.

5. Software the cost is paid by the customer, and we calculate it by means of actual reimbursement.
